We call it the “PICES” model. CMSS has rich experience, in PeopleSoft HCM, of over 6.5 million man hours and an experienced team of over 200+ professionals.

Chirag has co-founded three businesses, beginning with CMSS, an IT Solutions Company with over 200+ members

Hemant Nagaonkar

Business Head

Hemant has been associated with CMSS since its inception. He heads the services division and has pioneered the PeopleSoft PICES model.

Agnello Pinto

Director

Agnello is an MBA in marketing & BE from the Mumbai University. Agnello has been involved with operations and its hands-on- development since 1999.
